FBB rewards for boss destruction

A pain point in our fleet is that there are often battles not finished when they have less than 10M hit points left. It would really help if the destroyer of the boss got some sort of reward to make the final battle worth their valor. I.e. desirable reward they could get with the same valor , magnesite, honor or even a little dilithium.

Completely agree, it could be as simple as giving them 1 valor for getting the kill.
