Next campaign not started

I thought the new campaign was supposed to start when the old one ends? Not so with this one apparently. I've noticed this in the Starfleet Communications subforum for Family History:

This campaign will start on Tuesday, 10/31 at 12am ET (17:00 UTC)

That has to be a mistake right? UTC is not 7hrs behind or 17hrs ahead of Eastern Standard Time.

I've got the same problem. The old campaign summary page appeared when game reset 15 mins ago, but no new campaign available

And Accolades that were collected already are "lost" or not? I caught it after only doing one thing, but some people might lose them from all their Dailies.....
