Overflow timer in Inventory is gone

I'm playing on iOS and since the upgrade to 10.0 when my inventory is over 1000 items, there is no longer a timer on the items over the limit. The individual items still flash read to show which ones are over the limit but there is not a countdown to when they will be deleted.
