    I just submitted a ticket cause I bought 16 packs trying to get Devor and obviously didn't get him cause its bugged and he's not actually available to get. Got 7 Talinna's and 9 Altan's so annoyed at wasting my dilithum on this.

    Took about 2:45 hours but eventually got added. Everyone should send a ticket requesting a copy

    Sisko, will any new character introduced in one of these packs be added to the vault on release? Or is that at least how it is supposed to work?
