Amazon Prime free in-game content drop 11/17/2023 -unable to redeem

Just went to redeem this week’s Prime free content but received a message that I’ve reached my coupon redemption limit without having collected the freebie. I realize I can only collect one drop per week but is there a limit on how many of these Prime drops a player can redeem in a month/year? 3vbtzxs44ht5.jpeg

    The codes don't seem to be limited for how many people can use them, but you can only use whatever type the coupon of the month is once. You'll have to wait for the next code in December.

    Greetings Captain! This is unusual, since we didn't receive any reports of players having issues when claiming such rewards. Is the problem still active?

    @Aquiel FYI the Amazon claim is monthly not weekly.
    I absolutely understand your confusion since there was a log in splash screen add that stated a new amazon claim was available. That add is now gone.
    I disregarded the add as yet another mistake based on two logical conclusions.
    One, it is monthly and the monthly claim was already advertised on 11/8. I blv the recently added then taken down splash screen add showed “11/18”.
    And two, if you sign up in Amazon gaming they send you a notification each month when the claim is refreshed. I did not have one that coincided with that in game add.

    What the problem is is the banner has, at least three times, said there was a new Amazon drop for the same drop.

    Does the banner need to be manually edited for text when there is a new banner? That appears to be what happened. The new Amazon drop text was not removed for the two following banners.

    It that’s the situation, that is a problem. I don’t feel it’s unreasonable to expect the information to be accurate when I receive an in-game offer.
