I find it confusing that the the arrows and locks for QP in crew slots are identical to those used for regular equipment.

    Confusing is an understatement. Everyone works toward the goal of “Immortal” fully leveled, equipped. Our immortal card no longer say “immortal”, they do not appear fully equipped, and they do not show as fully leveled. It feels not just confusing, which it is very confusing, but also feels like the accomplishment has been taken away when Immortal crew have none of the markers traditionally used to display the goal. Now we have a waving gold flash overlay on top of darkened artwork. Which essentially ruins the art anyway, and is literally unhealthy with the bright waving flashing lights in your eyes.
