Ultra Nightmare rewards missing

Our fleet had a very odd thing happen. We killed the Ultra NM, but never got the boss has been killed screen nor did anyone get rewards. On the current UNM if I look at previous battle it is blank as if NO one hit it at all. We know we killed it as went away about an our prior to expiring AND it only had 32k left to boom.
We are submitting tickets but just in case another fleet had this happen....

The same thing happened to my fleet a couple weeks ago. Some kind of weird fluke. I didn't bother with a ticket since I no longer trust the process and figure they are tired of me. Also it is relatively minor for the position I am currently in. But I wish you the best.

I'm at bridge 29 so I'm keen on those rewards to finish up! We kill UNM daily but still.
