26x event packs purchased 26x 4* Uhura received zero 5* characters Chapel or Spock

Hi Team,

How is my luck so bad that purchasing 26x event packs 0 5* received the new Chapel or the existing Spock. How can my luck be that bad to not pull a single 5*? There have been so many issues with Tuesday's packs not dropping the new characters that this appears to be another flaw. £91.99 event pack and 13x 650 dilithium and zero 5*?

    I saw the same - used dilithium to nab 5 packs, all Uhuru. Very odd.

    I purchased three - first two were Chapels and the third was Uhura.

    Edited to add: This was around 6:30 AM EST today, not just now.
