Game will not let me purchase, and Support @ Zendesk will not let me login

All the buttons in the Time Portal are "locked" and the LTOs are blanked out where the prices should be.
I went to the Support portal, and it says my e-mail and/or password is incorrect, but it hasn't changed.

Very Strange.
There is still the problem with logging into the support @ Zendesk though as well...
