Game will not let me purchase, and Support @ Zendesk will not let me login

All the buttons in the Time Portal are "locked" and the LTOs are blanked out where the prices should be.

I went to the Support portal, and it says my e-mail and/or password is incorrect, but it hasn't changed.

    Interestingly, I went to launch the game on my desktop, and all the purchase functions seemed fine there, then I went back to my iPad where I relaunched the game, and went back to the same problem.
    Very Strange.

    There is still the problem with logging into the support @ Zendesk though as well...

    Problem solved. Client side issue with ipad, go figure. We can close this thread.
