Sounds like quite a few of us are missing the Convergence Day BeGold.

Why was Vicki not expelled from Greendale after she literally stabbed Pierce in the face with a pencil?!?!?

    Same here, despite restarting the client and trying multiple platforms. Others in my fleet are reporting the same.

    I suspect (based on accounts from folks that have it and those that don't) that the prior year's Convergence Day behold is still marked as "claimed" for anyone that has gotten it before, while new accounts that have never claimed it before are presented the offer.

    Same here. And a very well known issue, why it only happens to some accounts but not all.

    same here as well.....nothing after multiple reboots and trying on both iOS and Windows (in browser via Facebook)

    CS isn t helpful as well, they told me:

    „The first free 5* Convergence Day Behold Pack will be released from the 16th through the 30th, and the second one will be from the 30th through the 13th.

    Please note that there will be no definite date on when they will be granted to specific game accounts.“

    Rest assured that you will receive them within the said period.“.

    Of course its not true, since the behold is claimable from 16th, and not randomly applied to accounts from 16th-30th. 🙄

    I claimed it all three of my accounts. iPhone SE , iPhone 7, and iPad mini 5

    Yesterday

    I claimed last year on all three accounts too.
