? ? ? Convergence Day Rerun ? ? ?

Lazing around on a Sunday Morn, playing STT, scrolling through the myriad of crew in my list & come across Convergence Day Quark, quietly sitting there at 4/5 FE'd, minding his own beez-wax. So next thing my eye is naturally drawn too after noticing Quark like that, is how much Honor do I have? Well whaddya know, I have enough to get a 5* citation if I choose to do so.

The 1st world dillema I find myself in is as such:-

⊙... Do I wait to see if a Convergence Day rerun is around the corner? (Jan14th is STT's anniversary & I'm certain if a rerun was to be held it would be then & that's not too long to wait).
⊙... Do I bite the bullet & just finish CD Quark now & be done with him?
⊙... Do I hold out & use the citation on someone else to bring them closer to FF?

Basically I'm not looking to only grab the 'best-of-the-best' crew all the time, although they are always a plus to obtain & finish. So it's really no matter to me how weak CD Quark is for a 5* crew, or how useless he is, or how he is a **** character or whatever. Basically ....

1:- What are your thoughts on a possible Convergence Day rerun event occurring?

2:- Would you like another rerun on Convergence Day?

3:- What 3 other characters/crew would u choose to citation instead?
