    This is getting past acceptable performance from whoever is coding......

    Same here, faction store doesn’t load or error purchase cannot complete. Opening a shuttle takes 30s

    Nothing, they're doing nothing because TP is focused on milking the profits as long as they can without investing in maintaining the game.
