How long is going to take the team to fix this problem? It has been going on for months now for some packs. I would think a problem that prevents players from spending money would be addressed quickly. Telling me to use a different platform is not a solution. Running latest iOS on iPhone 15 Max Plus

    I have no idea what bv code is but I have paid for the new limited time 44 10x crew and the dilthum and the two citations emailed them and I am not getting any assistance from the company's customer support I would like to know what I can do because I have been trying for years to get help and I have received nothing but this is going to have to be fixed and they are apparently not in the customer service business funny name for them because they apparently have never received any of my issue I have experienced in the game and it is a angry experience with the lack of support from the company that I have spent a lot of money on
