Starbase Room sorting

Now that we got some new rooms to upgrade this sorting issue became annoying.... When upgrading a room it doesn't reset the recommendation-flag of tje room. The result is that fully upgraded rooms are still sorted to the left. New rooms that I recommendate for donations are now somewhere between the fully upgraded rooms. This is pretty annoying.

Can you please deactivate the recommendation flag for fully upgraded rooms? In the screenshots I deactivated the recommendation for astrometrics before upgrading it. The rooms Main engineering and OPS were upgraded to lvl7 with recommendation flag activated.
