Haven't been able to log in for a week

Hello. A week ago I started getting errors while launching the game. A week later, I still cannot log in. "Unable to sign in. Please check your email or password and try again". "An error has occurred during sign in. Please try again later". Is all my progress gone? I'm missing an event and have a fleet to manage.. thanks for the help.
