"Event Crew: D'Erika Tendi (new) 5*, Mistress of the Winter Constellation (existing) 5*, Cadet Rutherford (existing) 4*, and DS9 Mariner (existing) 4*"
Of course everyone know that "DS9" is "Deep Space Nine", but it's in my opinion better you choice in the event information the same name like in the game. We don't have "DS9 Mariner". Her name in the game is "Deep Space Nine Mariner".
Notes say the next Legendary is "C. O. P. Kirk". In the game, the Crew is just called "James T. Kirk" and is just Kirk in the green Command shirt that filmed yellow.
"The truth is like a lion; you don't have to defend it. Let it loose; it will defend itself."
So, once again, we have third straight weekend with a faction event/phase. All these after the "prepare for a Faction Event" event, which had at least me, an 8-year veteran captain, burn through much of my Time Reductions and Requisition Shuttle Tokens before all the actual faction event(s), if I wanted to get actually something out of it.
Will there be a treasure trove of faction supplies, or at least a month or two long vacation from Faction Events/phases, after this shuttle burning hell?

Why were you using time reductions and shuttle tokens? I cleared the event easily without having to use any resources, it just needs a little forward thinking.

Next you'll be pointing out that the spend Chronitons OE is almost always between a Skirmish and a Galaxy.
Edit: I find it interesting that at least some of the "Prepare for Faction Event" rewards are not Shuttle related.....

1. It's a rerun so will be a lot less challenging
2. Pick & choose your battles. Threshold or 1500 for me probably next week
The folks that keep it running have been going through some real life stuff so it isn’t as regularly updated right now.
I figured something was going on. Like I said, they are not showing stuff as far ahead as in the past.
NOTE: Not criticizing the people doing it. Just making an observation. I understand the people doing it volunteer and I think everyone appreciates their efforts.
It's a thankless job {because no one thinks to do it}.
So, a heartfelt thank you to the people working on a great tool to help players. I just made room in my inventory using their "useless stuff" tab!

I can't find this new Kirk in the Big Book. Am I looking wrong? Trying to decide if it will be worth the fight.
People said he has good numbers. And potential. Once he is the Big Book, we can look at Quipment options. They can be game changers for some Crew, if they can use special Quipment.
I have been using the Fused Bynars in Continuum Missions a lot. With their Specific Quipment, the +500 Eng and +500 Sci Quipment, and whichever+450 Quipment, you can get one Skill to high 2000s and the other into the low 3000s. Very useful for Chains that have both Sci and Eng. They can clear a lot of Nodes even into Epic. I usually go for the extra Sci, because it seems like more of that shows up as consecutive Nodes.

Due to ADD related issues I had too little time for the event, and didn't use the resources much, so didn't get much out of it.

1. That's true, also don't feel much for it as I've never seen any animated Trek shows, apart from bits of TAS way back.
2. Pick & choose would be easy, if my brain only included Asperger's (or ASD, if that's more proper form), not ADD. I sometimes end up in an event where I'm in too deep.
Anyways, I'd think three Factions events/phases in a row is a bit boring, if nothing else

Kirk is there now. Also the Giveaway Quark. I can get his Com over 4000 with my Bonuses. He can use the +600 and+550 Ferengi Quipment, plus the +500 and +450. With my Bonuses, he is 2020 Com to start. My Ubiquitous Borg Queen is topped out around 3800 or so.
EDIT: Ubiquitous Borg Queen is 3825 fully Quipped. With my Bonuses, Quark will hit around 4120.

First the game froze during the intro to the event, then the game wouldn't start for me, and now I get a 'Game Unavailable' popup error when trying to get into the event... and all that is on top of the beta test voyage event still showing 'calculating results', which means those 12 crew members are unavailable.
Even after multiple restarts, I can't get past the intro screen with Boimler.
Is it too much to ask to have stuff at the ready during event starts/phase change/ends to solve issues IMMEDIATELY?
The game is down for 20min during an event start.

I think stuff is getting picked up later now. Some of the Tuesday Pack Crew have appeared after the Pack goes out, IIRC.

And throwing caution to the wind, I'm also gonna go full Nostradamus and say that an Honor Sale will be arriving within 2 weeks.

I won't. Haven't thought about that, and chrons are something I've got virtually endless supply of.

FFS...when will you ever get it up and running smoothly

Totally different device.
Quitting and reloading does not solve it.
I've restarted and tried on two separate devices. My post above is the second device.
Mine too.
