Technical problems with event

Hi folks, i'm experiencing a number of problems with the current event whilst playing it on my laptop (i'm playing it via the game software and not through a third party website:

1/ I have gotten the "unable to login due to high volume" popup message a number of times.

When i have gotten to log in, i'm getting the following problems:

2/ A problem accessing the event section

or

3/ Unexpected error popup message

or

4/ When i click on the shuttle thats completed its mission, it wont mark it as complete. It just keeps going back main game screen.

I have closed the game several times and its still just the same.

and another problem - at least once my shared crew was gone missing. Did not notice this until i was messaged by another menber of my squadron. It seems to have worked for short time into the event as it accumulated about 1k points

I had the same issue with my shared crew being removed, not ideal as I set it for my squadron before I went away for the weekend, came back today and it was empty and we only had about 300 points from it.
