Lack of final reward for ship schematics objective event

The ship schematics objective event gave me the proper rewards after each portion,. Each time the behold popped u three tines
but the final reward was supposed to be 5 beholds. It only gave out one. This needs to be fixed and compensated.

    As I went about my business and checked my shuttles from the current event, A schematic behold popped up randomly after claiming a reward. Later, another popped up randomly. A fourth popped up after claiming another reward. That gets me to 4/5. But the rewards appear to be randomly given when other things take place. This is clearly a bug and needs to be fixed. I now assume (but and not sure) that my last reward will randomly pop up at some point.

    Indeed. The last one popped up when I opened my fleet screen and collected rewards.

    Why would all the other beholds cone all at once and the last randomly drops while doing other things? And what if I had closed the game rather than just changing screens? Would I have lost them?

    If this happened to me, it doubtless happened or will happen to others..

    Pretty sure it happened to everyone. It was frustrating for me also. This is the reply to my ticket:

    “We suspect this issue is the result of a display issue where the local client is out of sync with the server

    Kindly relaunch the app and play the game without any other apps running in the background, as this can alleviate a variety of minor issues and fix the possible connection and sync error between your device and our server.”

    That reply is about as informative and realistic and believable as what comes out of political campaigns.

    Somehow, I don't trust restarting the game in situations like this.

    But whatever the cause (and it most certainly isn't other tabs open) I finally got them all.

    They did show up, overriding whatever screen I was on. So at least they weren’t lost. But not a good look for them.

    Yep... The popped up one at a time, my last one, something like 3 hours after I finished the event. Also, restarting did NOT resync everything, I restarted several times during this period.

    (I also got zero schematics that I wanted, but that is another issue completely)
