Crew Manifest: Sorting by QP

When you initially your crew and wish to sort by QP, the list will display all crew -- even those that are less than level 100. This was not the behavior prior to the most recent updates.
A variety of bizarre work-arounds will eventualy get the manifest to properly show QP eligible crew. One example: I can click on the reenlistment icon twice (once to show the window and again to cancel) and the manifest will properly display the correct crew in the correct sort order.
