Campaign pull not appearing in time portal

So this morning two of my accounts reached Tier 95 on the free campaign track, which gives the 10x premium pull. However, nothing showed up. I wasn't sure the first time but now that is happened twice I'm pretty sure.

    Yes this is a thing with the latest update. You have to restart the game to see these things and daily rewards and gauntlet rewards etc. And scroll through all the offers each time in Crew after you do each one to get back to where you were.
