Finished 27th to get a 5/5* Kirk, received 4/5* Kirk.

Spent a small fortune to get top 30 very competitive so what's up?

    It’ll probably be delivered via your in game mailbox as it was done during the problem filled event where Ceti Alpha V Khan was the legendary.

    This usually takes a day or so. You'll get it. This compensation by in-game mail is not new to them.

    My 3rd copy turned up directly in my crew quarters at some point after the event finished, not sure exactly when. There was no in-game message, it just appeared.
