Ads stop showing up after game has been open for a couple of hours

I use a multi-timer app to notify me when I can claim any of the ad rewards in this game. Since the recent client upgrade, any time I leave the game open for 2-3 hours, it stops giving me the option to play ads anymore. Once I reboot the app, the ads come back.

I've been seeing others post similar issues in various discord chats, but didn't see a report here yet.

    This has been a problem on ios for 2 yrs. But a bit more complicated than game being open for a length of time.
    Once you see the first add option, you can only use the add in that location such as (scan) but there is no add option anywhere else. You must reboot the go directly where you wish to use the add first. Then reboot for another all day.
    I had reported this a long time ago. Its still an issue. I usually do my first add and then none because they dont show up, or only show up in places i dont wish to use them. Im not going to watch an add for a free scan.
    Total waste of time and possibility of crashing…Since often times the ios mobile takes you elsewhere and causes the timelines app to crash or gets stuck in an add loop with no “x” out.
    This has all been reported to CS many numerous times. Nothing comes of it
