Regular Voyage (not the event) doesn't always auto-select the best ship in 11.0.1

Example: I started a voyage and the ship trait was "Malon". The auto-selected ship was my 4-star Malon Export Vessel, even though one of my maxed 5-star ships would provide more Antimatter, even without the trait bonus.

    They really messed up regular voyages. Nothing about them works correctly.

    The voyages are really messed up.

    This problem is at its worst when the trait is "Maquis" and it auto-selects a 2-star ship
