Uh oh! Getting errors during event skirmishes…

Hello! I’m the past half hour, I’m repeatedly being crashed out of skirmishes and having to complete a ‘character choice’ authentication (not sure of in-game official name). Sometimes, but rarely, it then allows me to continue the skirmish if I immediately go into the Event Hub or I have to restart the skirmish.

Hopefully this is a temporary blip.

Has anyone else started seeing issues?

    It's hard to get anything done in the event with all of these errors and nano checks.

    Yes. Rather annoying. These checks were about one an hour before, but they didn't kick me out. Not a real problem. But one every three minutes and having to go back in is frustrating. Something must have gotten messed up. I'll bet my paycheck they never tell us exactly what went wrong. I doubt it will even be acknowledged.
  • I’ve just submitted a support email and attached just the first 40 screenshots from when I’ve been challenged and removed from the event this afternoon.
  • Extremely annoying, will definitely not get the extra copy that I was hoping for due to this.
  • Same here Brodie. I didn't get it. I kept track. Had this happen to me 27 times. Extremely frustrating. Makes me wonder why I spent all that time mining the intel when something like this happens. It's almost like the developers look for something to go wrong and decide to have it happen during an event. Now I know that's not the case but why do the errors only happen during events?????

    Every 4 to 7 rounds for 3 hours.
  • Doesn't sound like they're planning any compensation for this, which is very disappointing, since I may have missed out on the next highest reward tier because of this ridiculousness.
  • I have just received a response from Support:
    We sincerely apologize for the disruption in the game. The new anti-macro is designed to ensure fair play and meant to flag players with suspicious behavior. However, we recognize that the system may not have behaved as expected and flagged some players during the event.

    We immediately resolved the issue before the event concluded.

    I’ve responded querying the use of ‘immediately’ when describing the fix and highlighted the negative effect on those players affected.

    At least it’s fixed, I suppose…

    Yes, immediately after several hours up to the end of event.
    SOME players? I think it was most players lol.
    And I’d love to know what the suspicious behavior was, because it was happening immediately when I started skirmishing yesterday morning.

    Very surprised they’re not even saying anything, I definitely thought this would be a situation that warrants another copy to players *shrug*
