Continuum Mission Bug

Hi,
I was just trying to start the last Epic tier Continuum mission. I picked my crew and selected a Chroniton container. But the mission wouldn’t start saying something about not being able to begin because the mission was in state 1. Then it charged me the container. It happened twice. Does anyone have an idea what happened?

    Addendum. So I closed the game and restarted. When I got back in, I was in the Continuum mission. It appears the game lagged when starting the mission the first time, so it looked like it hadn’t started. But it still charged me the second container. Weird.
