Please revert the VP given in Voyage Events to the Beta Voyage rewards table. Let the people who don't want to sleep have at it at the top of the leaderboard but don't penalise the rest of us for not babysitting the entire event.
Every event type bar Factions can be done in 2-3 hours and get 350k VP and even Factions only take your attention every 3 hours (compared to every 2 hours here) and if you wish you can send a few overnight 9h shuttles to get to 350k VP. This type of event is as easy as Factions but takes more time and gives less VP. It also requires us to use Quipment items which is an added cost as those cost money + Q resources + the crew can't be used for Continuum missions if they're away for 16-18 hours. Also unlike Factions, I think the Voyage resets at every phase (at least during half and half events it does) so if it also resets, that's another time sink for no reason. If we're going through all this extra effort, at the very least getting to 350k VP should be easy.
The people in the lead must be spending serious money to get those fast forward boosts. They have to be spending hundreds just to get them because the normal VP multiplier alone sure isn't doing much

You can get them from basic rewards earned in thursdays cadet challenges. But yes. Its more than that. But i wont judge people on what they spend their money on as long as their bills are paid and they can afford food

Maybe they saved boosters for this event. I used mine every time, so I hadn't really this many to use. So far, I'm doing fine nevertheless. Without spending (apart ingame credits).
Just noticed this is in two phases. Is there any particular reason why?
So, I'm assuming that everyone's voyage will automatically be insta-recalled at the end of Phase One? I honestly hope that's the case, since trying to keep a dying event voyage running the entire weekend would not be that much fun.
Didn't they say some changes were being made for this voyage event? What was changed because it seems like everything is the same
They did - I asked about it in the thread where they said they would be boosting the VP (it's the one for the Voyage/Skirmish that was the first non-beta voyage event) when I realised that my VP was working out exactly the same as last time, but haven't had any reply as of yet.
A quick update regarding the issue some of you may have experienced during the last event: The hotfix has resolved most of this problem, and we will continue working to fix it completely as soon as possible. We greatly appreciate your understanding, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you! 🙏

The following was posted on the Star Trek Tilting Point server on Discord ~40 minutes prior to Dabo! reset:
"🔥 Greetings STT Captains! 🔥
We’ve received some questions about what happens during the phase change in the full voyage event. Here’s what you need to know:
The event will pause briefly for calculations during each phase change, similar to previous hybrid events.
The phase switch will take about 5 minutes.
Progress cannot be made during this calculation period.
Any voyages in progress will be completed. Once phase 2 begins, players can launch new voyages.
We hope this information helps you prepare your strategy 🖖 "
Oddly enough, I cannot find this same information here on the Forums, including in the official Starfleet Communications channel.

Definetely not a fan of that. Would have been nice knowing it in advance. Especially since shuttle events do not have a fresh start after phase 2 starts when it is a full event

Yes, they spend much. The number one, Frank, he wrote on Discord that he used at the last event 100k dill. And this time definitely again. The onliest way to get so much points.

Thank you for sharing what they won't share. Frankly, it would have been nice to know ahead of time. How many people planed differently and lost boosts? How many people didn't know it would change and didn't check for two hours? I was lucky that I only lost a very little.
I recalled a voyage 3.5 hours before the change, then left the game until after that, early voyage conditions do not reward playing boosts, and I wasn't going to play through the first 2 hours twice in a row.
It would be nice if the event Voyage would also have a yellow time counter like the non-event Voyage, because this darker purple makes the thin numbers more difficult to read. It's okay for the frame surrounding the ship though.
Beware of weirdness with skip boosts this event. I've had mine disappear immediately after applying them, and then had a 3-skip boost somehow fast-forward past that final boost in a matter of like 2 hours, forcing me to do a "live" gauntlet round, which I only barely survived. CS has been notified about it, but I'm curious just how widespread this is.
Uh...I just had an encounter where one of my crew somehow failed and it didn't give me the option to revive them to keep my Streak and just continued the voyage. I'm now waiting two hours to see if I actually lost my streak or not. I'm going to be beyond devastated and upset if I actually just lost my X32 multiplier Streak because of a glitch
I am beginning to wonder if we are the alpha testers, as opposed to beta. I'm also glad that I haven't used any of the new voyage supplies (just revival tokens, no dilithium). YMMV 🖖
Addendum: The event name seems apropos, in light of players' experiences thus far. 👆👇

Yup. I lost my multiplier because of a glitch. I'm livid. I'm officially checked out of this event now. I was trying to finish above 30 for 4 copies and now I'll be lucky to finish above 100 for 3 copies. All those voyage resources completely wasted. I can't believe this
If you lost a battle and you had less than 50 AM left in the tank, you cannot refresh/revive and your multiplier streak is gone.
Each gauntlet loss costs 50AM. When you get to the higher battles that you were at, it's strategy to make sure you didn't FF into the battle (which likely took all your AM) or to let your voyage crash and refill the tank before going into the battle.

My guess is a hard no on that question

@STT Community any chance of an update?

What exactly does that mean?

Why does this even need a phase change, it just messes up plans, and unfairly affects those who cannot play over the change.
1. To have the second story cutscene
2. To fail to pay out the non-VP rewards of a voyage in progress.

WTF is this Mickey Mouse BS. It acts like a phase 3 and insta recalled my goyage.
Stop the event right now and let people get the rewards their placement would have given them when this bug happened
