We need more Nurses
in Make It So!
Nurse is a very rare trait, appearing on a mere 18 crew of which only 6 are Legendary. It's a trait I dread to see on Voyages and I've seen doubles far too often.
If nothing else, please make sure Lieutenant Ogawa, Tendi and the Dog, Assistant Kes, Grandmother Kes, Linnis Paris and Lt. JG Martinez get the trait in the next pass.
(and if Fury Kes still rates as a botanist, I don't see why she can't keep nurse, too)
For that matter, versions of Tom Paris from years 4-7 of Voyager ought to be considered for Nurse additions as well (though I think we've already had at least one debate over Combat Medic Paris).
Don't let the American Medical Association's complaints of mid-level encroachment deter you from ending our nursing shortage.
