Event glitch made me lose my multiplier

In the event, I had an encounter where one of my crew lost but instead of giving me the option of reviving like it always does it instead automatically ended the encounter and continued the voyage thereby losing my X32 Multiplier I built up over 40 hours. I'm screwed for the rest of the event now.

Was the battle lost the last battle & you were under 51 antimatter? Because if you lose the last battle in the gauntlet & you’re at the end of your AM, you do lose your multipler, it resets back to 1x. At that point it’s best to recall & start anew.

I was reading this…and wonderred if I had posted and somehow forgot about it. 😅
This is exactly what happened to me.

Im a bit perplexed by your explanation for one reason. My voyage had been on a fast track of revival token, FF to dilemma, revival token, FF to dilemma multiple times. Every time i finished the encounter dilemma the AM was empty going directly to revive option for
    Several times.
I had sent a ticket in wondering what went wrong, was it a glitch?, or looking for an explanation. CS replied to me that i had, in fact, received all of my voyage VP. Needless to say that was not my issue and I am still wondering why this happened.
Im also having serious buyers remorse for the 25 revival tokens and 25 FF tokens I used.

Edit: i just looked at the screenshot i sent cs. I actually had 794 AM after that malfunctioning dilemma, a multiplier of 43 and a voyage length of 3days 2hours when this occurred.

I was at about the same time length when my voyage froze and would not load the next dilemma.

As far as I'm aware, they still haven't fixed the bug with regular voyages (where the voyage basically gets stuck and the only thing they can do is recall it), so the fact that they created a new event type based on voyages, without fixing that previous issue first, raises some questions... and some eyebrows.
