Windows 11.0.3 Update

The Windows update was meant to be released on Thursday, 8th Nov. It's now Sunday 10th, 3 days overdue and the update is still not available. When can we expect this to be released?

Note, I'm on about the Windows Store version. The Steam version has been updated, but I don't use it as that version of the app takes far too long to load.
