I was a bit confused as he appeared in the behold as Kelby. I chose him as I didn't have the card.

It says below that he is Thalen, but a Kelby variant.

    I’d take Thalen. 3 skills vs. 2 Skill Kelby. Although, it depends on who you’re missing and what skills you need. Kelly’s top skill is Engineering.
