The number of purple crew is constantly increasing, making it harder to come across the ones we need in pulls and in voyages. Yet it seems we receive less citations than we used to. It also seems that there are less faction events, making it harder to get the fourth star for event reward crew too.
How about running more objective events that give out purple citations? (I've forgotten the name, it's the one with winning arena battles and gauntlets.) Maybe replace a few of the Fleet Boss Offensives and Prepare for a Faction Event events with the mentioned event type? It feels like an eternity since it was last run.
