Today marks the end of my 100th Voyage over 78 days. I started on 9/25. While the beginning of Voyages were unknown, through forum members and the Wiki, we figured this thing out!
I have kept a running GDocs spreadsheet tallying as much data from each Voyage as I can. So after 100 of them over 78 days, here are my stats:

Dilithium Spent on Revives: 12,753 (10,000 from Daily Card, 2,250 from hitting the 175, 200, and 225 Immortals)
Longest Voyage time before any revives: 7h 53m
Highest Skill Points on a Voyage: 30,539 (DIP/SCI was pri/sec)

4* Trainers: 3,510
3* Trainers: 1,817
Total Trainers: 8,722
5* Rations: 5
4* Rations: 2,657
3* Rations: 2,610

Total Rations: 6,017
4* Crew: 152 (65% usable as new or fuse)
3* Crew: 165
2* Crew: 323
1* Crew: 112
Total Crew: 752
Dilemma Misc Drops:
3* Components: 6
4* Components: 6
600 Ship Schematics: Received 4 times (Borg Scout Ship, Hirogen Warship, NX-1, I.S.S. Enterprise)
2* Components: 2,932
1* Components: 2,735
0* Components: 1,474
I look at Voyages as a chroniton grab bag. Anything else I get is icing on the cake. I don't get upset if 4* crew don't drop. I put most of my dilithium toward 1 or 2 revives per Voyage (3 if I missed the recall after the second revive, or if I see a pattern of high chrons or high crew dropping). Unlike the Gauntlet junk rewards, I am happy with Voyages and hope DB does not revamp it other than to balance what drops (maybe increase the honor and credit drops and reduce the rations).
