If it is possible to make the middle track have a choice of behold or citation, that would be great.
Both are BeGolds now. The Premium & Supremium both, I mean.
That is a nice change for the premium track. For this current campaign I used the 4 Spock begolds to pick one Spock (to join with the 4 Kirks to add a star to my Reunion S&K), then added stars to 3 other 5* crew. It was either that or be stuck with a new 3/5 Spock, or get a 4/5 Spock if I wanted to forego adding a star to the fuse crew. Having options is a positive change.

Oh I know, what I would like is a choice of a begold or citation at tiers 20, 40, 60, 80. Those 5* cites are worth more to me right now that a behold.
I get that. I imagine for some players, there aren't a lot of options that would not be all FF if they have been playing for some time.
Just add a button at the bottom of the BeGolds "Receive Citation Instead".
