Section 31 crew?

I'm almost afraid to ask this given the general response to the movie, but any chance we'll be getting crew from Section 31? (The movie, not the organization in general.)
As much as the movie was... not great, I'd actually like to have Alok or Zeph or young Garrett or Control in my crew given the option. (I have to admit, fondness for the actors is definitely playing a role in this.)
I'm guessing it's a separate license that won't get people excited enough to be worth the license fee (and licensing the Kelvin Timeline or Prodigy would probably be a better use of an extra fee), but if that's not the case I'd personally love to see the main characters get added to the game.
Also feels kind of appropriate given the game has had a Section 31 faction from day 1.
