My Internet is fine I can access all other APPS and websites, but the game will. Get passed the opening gravitational well? Have I been banned? What's going on 6hrs now

You are not the only one. Can't get past the opening gravitational well screen on both mobile and pc clients when using wifi or broadband. Game loads fine whilst using mobile data.
