"1x >>>" and "4x >>>" please either remember selected setting or remove entirely

Many screens in the game have a "1x >>>" and "4x >>>" setting when collecting items, etc
Every single time I'm on one of these screens I select the "4x >>>" setting to speed play up. I do this dozens or hundreds of times a day.
Please
* remember the "4x >>>" setting once selected (like in Gauntlet fights), or
* make it default to "4x >>>" (I'm sure everyone would prefer this), or
* just remove it entirely (best option)
The "1x >>>" setting doesn't serve any purpose at all, apart from slowing the game down.
Please could you also remove the pause whenever a crew member appears, eg in Premium/Merit/Basic reward pulls.
For anyone doing lots of Merit reward pulls these pauses really slow things down, and again they serve no purpose apart from slowing the game down.
