ios upgrade ok?

Two months ago they posted this warning against upgrading iOS:

It would be nice to have an update. Has the problem been taken care of by newer iOS updates yet?

    I play the game on my iPad which is currently on 17.7.8, which I updated to several days after this announcement was posted.

    Yes, they should have followed up with an update when it was safe to apply the iOS update.
