New pack crash

Just bought the new pack and the game froze immediately. Restarted and now my game is hailing starfleet, which I guess means I got a behold? Either way, I can't play the game and it's annoying. I'm gonna put something in Engineering, but I thought posting here might keep people from buying until whatever this issue is is sorted.
Maybe the irony is that we play because we’re Star Trek fans, those hopeful idealists that like to think things will get better when we raise valid concerns about fairness and balance, etc and we forget that DB’s greed openly mocks the values espoused by the franchise they have a license for.

    I had a similar issue like this a month ago with a rejoin the collective pull...it started and I got assimilated Janeway. Halfway through the pull the game crashed so I reopened and I didn't go back to my pull but to the regular screen. Went into my crew and all the crew were different from that pull...got legendary one instead of assimilated Janeway and the 3 star crew were all different too. Sent CS a ticket but since i didnt have a pic of my pull with assimilated Janeway in it...they couldn't honor the original pull...so now whenever I get a legendary from a behold I snapshot it whether or not it is at the beginning or end!

    I'm trying to redeem shuttle boosts from the cadet mission and still crashing every time. Restarting (which I obviously have to do) doesn't help.

    Did you get the update from the app store that just popped up? After I updated to the latest version it works.
