Obsidian Order Garak still lacks 'Interrogator' trait

His description was recently updated,to include the word 'interrogate', but he still doesn't have the 'interrogator' trait.

    It's a trait which two other versions of Garak, Mirror Garak and Tailor Garak, currently have.

    It's as logical as Seven of Nine not having astrophysics as a trait not only does she update and head astrometrics she tutors Icheb on astrohysics.
