Strange New Worlds - Pack Issue - SOLVED NO ISSUE

Just did a 650 dilithium pull and got a Mirror Data as Legendary crew.

Pack is advertised to have a chance for: Mirror Kirk, The Keeper and Orion Vina.

Thx, i sent a ticket as well, since i don t need another Data, i was pulling for the featured legendary pack crew, so i hope support switches my Data.

So we checked things on our end and Mirror Data does not drop from Strange New Worlds.

Looking at your transactions, you purchased an Event pack after purchasing some Strange New Worlds and the Mirror Data you received came from that Event pack, not from a Strange New Worlds pack.

Thats odd, but of course i believe ur check up. But i can tell for sure, that i did not hit the Event Pack on my side. Why should i, i had a 5/5 Data from the 100 buck offer i bought way earlier. And i did several 650 dilithium pull on the Strange New World pack, so my screen had not changed what was displayed, and where i tapped again, when i did the nxt pulls.

I play on an iPadPro so screen size wasn t an issue. I not even could hit it by accident, but maybe screen jumped or anything i wasn t aware of. Never had this before when i did constant pulls.

My game isn t upgraded to the latest 3,1 build though, cause i saw reports of issues when pulling packs, which i wanted to avoid.

Anyway, sorry for the confusion i caused.
