    I did 3 pulls with 2 Mirror Data's, 1 Vic and 2 beholds that only gave me fully fused crew in both. Other than the crappy beholds it was really good. After those 3 pulls, I purchased the $25 third Data and used some honor for his 4th star. With a 4/5* Data's and a 1* Vic I figure I rank below 1000 in the event I will get both event crew fully fused. Currently, I am sitting at rank 190 and I don't see any issue of getting the last remaining stars to immortalize them.
