Voyage in Danger of Failing notifications not working again

After a short time of it working, this notification is not working anymore. if anyone is relying on notifications to warn you, you should stop until they fix this (again).

    some additional info: I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S7 running Android 7.0 (stock), and running the latest 3.1.1 client (with the opening bundle freezing fix)

    And I also noticed that the Galaxy Map icon no longer updates itself (to show dilemna, danger of failing, etc) until you open the galaxy map itself. not very useful anymore.

    Yeah I noticed that yesterday and thought it was just my device.
