Mirror Beverly Crusher is seeking asylum in exchange for vital information. Due to her tumultuous history with Mirror Picard, she knows him better than most, and she knows he plans to infiltrate Starfleet. He has claimed the Federation replaced the real Emperor Spock with a prime universe counterpart, but having examined the Emperor, she can verify that this isn’t true. Whether or not Mirror Picard really believes his own claims, however, finding the “real” emperor surely can’t be his only reason for infiltrating Starfleet. She urges Captains to find the people he has replaced before they can accomplish their mission - whatever it may be.
