Battle Arena – Mutual Annihilation

I have noticed this a few times, then started taking screen shots. Both ships get off kill shots at the same time. This results in both ships destroyed and no one wins, which I guess makes sense in the real world, but this is a game.

I would like to see some reward for the stats winner, since we also get rewards for shuttle fails. As you can see by this one, I clearly had hit % and damage points.

I get what you're saying but I'd argue this is spot on... if you're in a battle and you blow up it matters not how much damage you did to the other guy, you've still failed

Actually I've won these situations as well. I think they give it to whichever ship gets the microseconds-first hit.

You're both dead, but he was only "mostly dead".

Could you please continue the petty bickering? I find it most intriguing.

The fact is you will see one blow up first. Either yourself or them. Though I guess there has to exist that chance you both blow up simultaneously. I have blown up after and before. The results do seem to give the winner to who blew up last.

You are saying kill shots at the same time. Without having the actual timing there is no way to know if you both died at the same time. I seriously doubt the deaths happened at the same time since you had different ships and cloaking time effects actual shooting time.

I would give you a marginal victory for defeating a superior ship.

I had it happen to me for the first time the other day. Both ships destroyed, but mine did blow first.
