Hello, is this accurate. Should he initiate at 4 seconds and boost to 200 percent at 6? Vs both at 6 seconds?

You add this to the initial value so 6s 100%, 12s 200%, and 20s 300%. ( just want to add at 20s you are probably blown up so not particularly useful)

Kalifee Spock use to have a very high percentage but before I could ever use it my ship was blown up. I believe it was 700%.

Degra is the best example, he is ready at 0 seconds for 150 percent, then at 4 seconds in the battle he is up to 250 percent, then after 10 seconds he is at 400. So it's not like 4 +10 hit him at 14 seconds for full charge. Full charge is at the 10 second mark. So in this case, either Jannar is ready earlier or the second phase should be later.
