Can you use any crew on expeditions, regardless if they are involved in a voyage, gauntlet, or shuttle mission?

    Gauntlet crew should be able to be used but not voyage or shuttle crew.

    Expeditions are just event style away missions. So any crew you can use on an away mission you can use in an expedition mission. So no crew involved in Shuttle missions or voyages.
