DB well done on your second best expedition event (though hybrid)

I actually prefer the old expeditions there was way more strategy involved. I remember getting satisfaction in a few CRIT on the epic level. You had to be strategic in your crew use and I had very little to work with compared today. Now it's about as challenging as button mashing but I get it we live in world where everyone gets a trophy and no one can be left out regardless of what little effort was used.

I agree with everything accept whether the new or old expeditions are better. I liked the old expeditions because they were more challenging but also hated them because we only had an hour to complete a ticket. So I believe there is still room for much needed improvement on expedition events.

I'm confused when players say expeditions are monotonous but not faction or galaxy??? They're ALL monotonous. But at least with expedition, your crew is fatiguing which does change the dynamics of each run. And YOUR decisions can make or break that run. Galaxy doesn't change at all, it's all based on how many chronos you have and getting a boost from event crew. Faction, while easy to play, is based on an oscillating algorithm attempting to make all your runs fail at a 70% rate no matter who is on the shuttle!

I can remember playing faction events with 3* crew and walking away with a 5* prize. Now that I can fill a shuttle with all immortalized 5* crew, it's VERY disconcerting to see an estimated shuttle success rate of 65% using a boost! And even worse to see 85% shuttles fail closer to 50% of the time.

I wholeheartedly agree with your "everyone gets a trophy" statement. For players with weak crews complaining they can't compete in one type of event, and DB falling over themselves trying to "correct" it, I say, "BUILD UP YOUR CREW ON THE EVENTS YOU'RE GOOD AT JUST LIKE WE ALL DID BEFORE YOU! AND WE DIDN'T HAVE REPLICATORS AND ADS TO FARM HARD TO GET ITEMS!"

I recall the expeditions use to be 3 or 4hours long. Then switched to 1 hour. Then targets were lower. Then critics automatically rewarded you. Well it’s good to know I’m not the only crazy person out there.
