    Level 108, though that understates things a bit because we've taken an unbalanced approach. Fleet members vote on what to upgrade and so rather than upgrade all skills evenly we've really hammered out some of the highly expensive core skills - for example, we have the max shuttle bonus possible for SCI and ENG in the game.

    Incidentally, we do have a couple of vacancies, so if you're looking for a good place to be for this shuttle event, feel free to send me a message.
