Crew Fatigue

Do crew suffer fatigue on both the missions and cadet challenges?

I thought they only suffered fatigue on certain events and Gauntlet challenges.

Is this a new thing?

Yes, its always been the case. The fatigue resets if you let them rest for one node though.

Should only be fatigued if you use them more than one time in a row. As long as they get a break in between nodes they should be rested
