Are you meant to buy new crew slots during the Happy Holiday times and if so, why doesn't it show the option to buy the crew slots on my account or have I reached my limit?

Is this a bug or something or does it mean something else entirely?

I have 360 crew slots and I'm on Level 59 I think.

360 slots are the max you can currently have in the game (VIP 14 and all available purchases made).
